Our journey to make this a reality started in the year 2000. Building on our previous successes and lessons, ICS has become a strong organization that strengthens families and protects women and children in rural and urban settings in measurable and sustainable ways.

ICS’s Focus Areas:

  • violence prevention and response;

  • health and child protection systems strengthening;

  • capacity development of Community Based Organizations;

  • education and life skills promotion;

  • promoting food security and income generation.

We achieve our goal by working with parents/caregivers, adolescents and women, by strengthening families and communities, strengthening government and community structures, civil society and private sector towards better policies and practices to fulfil children and women’s rights.
